Greetings Church Family and Friends,
I greet you on this Father’s day weekend. It is our prayer that you will be blessed in fellowship with family and friends.
As we look to our Lord in worship, we come to understand that ‘every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of lights with whom there is no variation or shadow due to change’. What a beautiful promise; God is unchanging! Our Father in heaven, He is the Father of the fatherless, the protector of the widows, the Father of our Lord and Savior, Christ Jesus, our Redeemer, Father of all, over all and through all and in all! (Ja. 1, Ep 1, Ps 68, Ep 4, 1Co 8). This Father’s day, as we give God Almighty thanks for our earthly Fathers, let us raise our voices in praise for our Father in heaven, for whom we exist!
May you plan now to be with us in worship this Father’s Day Sunday! Bring father, bring son, or even invite another to come to worship with you. Let it be your witness and testimony before all family and friends, that as we offer appreciation and praise unto our Lord God for the fathers we have been blessed with in this journey of life, we will recognize that it is through God our holy Father above, that every gift has been given! To Him be all the glory.
